Family-owned since the 1920s
The Sutherland Concrete family has served the Vancouver area since the mid 1920's under John L. Sutherland.
A trade handed down four times
Sutherland Concrete Ltd. is a fourth generation, family-owned business dedicated to providing the highest quality of service and workmanship to our customers. What began under John L. Sutherland in the mid-1920s has been passed down through four generations of the same family.
That continuity is the whole point. The people answering the phone, running the pumps and finishing the slabs are accountable to a name that has been on Vancouver job sites for a hundred years. We intend to keep it that way.

The Sutherland family starts serving the Vancouver area in concrete work under founder John L. Sutherland.

Sutherland Concrete Ltd. runs two divisions — an updated Putzmeister pump fleet, and a placing and finishing crew of experienced tradesmen.
